Why Hope Between the Hard?

As a mother of a child with cerebral palsy, I have faced numerous challenges and triumphs. Every day raising a child with medical and special needs is a new adventure, filled with learning and growth. I often find myself searching for answers, support, and a community of other parents who “get it.” So I want to share our story to help others in similar situations and create the community that I always have wanted. My hope is that I can provide a place where parents raising kids with special needs know they are not alone.

This is where Hope Between the Hard was born. Every day we all are faced with different curveballs and unexpected events that, let’s face it, can suck at times. In the midst of the low points, finding joy and hope can be challenging, but are so necessary. What I have learned over the years is that finding hope during the hard times helps you keep moving forward.

Always remember, you are not alone in this journey, and together we can create a network of understanding and encouragement.
